Fall (a poem by my 5 year old son)

Fall

Floating colors,
Falling acorns,
crunch, crunch, crunch!

Whistle, jump,
trick-or-treat,
winter's coming...

dead!

by my son, 5 years old

I tried to get him to change the ending, but he just laughs.  So be it.

I think he's telling us we should all laugh a little more when we write, huh? Delightful poem and photo!

A nice little poem – I like the crunch, crunch crunch and can imagine him crunching the fallen leaves after going over that gate in the picture.

OMG. Of course, he can't help it. He's only just begun. (And that image is to melt my heart!)

Don't you ever wish you could gather all of Autumn and make it soup to warm the whole wintertime?!
