The Shaping of Me
I'm drifting, undulating as life's waves
cleanse or erode, unsure which;
concentrate upon survival,
the tidewrack of introspection
reserved for the questionable future.
For now, I just hang on, vulnerable.

I find this doll quite fascinating and the close-up gives more insight into its 'character'. I love the idea of a tidewrack of introspection. Very cool.
The close up details are amazing. I like your take of hanging on, vulnerable to the tides of life ~
Feel free to use the close up image if you like!
You may use the close up image if you like as well.
Fantastic write, kiddo. Really good.
I wish I.could see these dolls in real life, I feel I could give them much better work if I did
From beginning to end, your poem is perfect for this fascinating doll.
"I'm drifting, undulating...I just hang on, vulnerable."

This doll really spoke to me...as does your verse.......
So very well said.....
Hang Ten!!! Another gem, Margaret!
This doll is especially mysterious, yet seems to have so many things to say, all unsaid. Those eyes! Your poem seems to give her even more depth and personality.
Your poem suits this doll perfectly. This was the doll that first caught my eye, and I tried to write for it, but it didn't come out.
I love Lines 3, 4, and 6. Well done.
I'm intrigued by this doll! I'm working on my poem now~
I love your view... :D
It doesn't fit your poem but...this doll reminds me of Curious George, for some reason. :)
