26/365 "The Stable"
"The Stable"
Tried to capture the warm sun hitting the inside of the horse stalls. I had to use Photo Shop a bit, but I am going to try this again. Not sure if early morning would be better.
I would try for an early morning shot. I would love to see the difference. I love the way the stalls look though. It makes me want to be there, in the quiet darkness with the smells, noise and textures.
Will hope for nice weather on the weekend (& both barn doors open!) ...busy getting kids off to school between 6am & 9:30am. Thanks for the encouragement.
Hi Margaret. Not sure what you are shooting with but you may want to consider getting a Canon S95 for Christmas (it is a new model). I think it is about $400. With a simple tripod it can open up doors photographically for you. It allows auto exposure bracketing and RAW shooting. To capture the light, the three exposures blended in Photoshop or a tool like Photomatix Pro can make it happen. Just email me if you have questions. Happy shooting!

Now that I know what it is, Margaret, I really like the effect.
early morning light is always so good, I could imagine it being beautiful in a stable, I look forward to seeing tomorrow!
