Your macro is wonderful; influenced by your title I saw the layers of simple petals, arranged in complex perfection. But I, also, love wild roses.

ReplyDeleteAn amazing year for roses, and they are in blooming profusion in my yard! Knockouts, English roses, climbers, the prickly Rosa Rugosa (beach rose, though no beach here!) Mine are domesticated, to see one in the wild would be a treat indeed. Well penned, and loved your beautiful images shared.
ReplyDeletevery cool to see nature's beauty untamed and wild and free...i have an english rose garden close by and bought some really wonderful roses over the years..one grows into my pear tree and just covers it up with pink roses...it's breath taking...
