Friday Fences, "Forbidden"

Forbidden

For little boys

temptation is the rule,
not the exception.

Locked? Well then,
up and over...

"Come on, Mom,
you can do it!"

As if that is why I said "No."

Margaret Bednar, 11-30-2012

This is for Friday Fences #60.

  1. A perfect poem/picture combination, and as if I am there with you I decide what role to play. I will climb over--and then back again.

  4. Some of my most favorite photos are the ones I take from behind my children and grandchildren. These two shots are so dear and your words are so true. At 73, I continue to hear...."Come on, Mom. You can do it!" I disagree, but I do it just the same. genie

  16. Excellent photography, both photographs are looking so beautiful and unique. Little boy is trying to cross the barrier by climb on it and he succeeded for crossing. The forest way is looking so beautiful between the colorful plants and trees.
